Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare detailed cost estimates and tender submissions for interior fit-out projects
  • Review drawings, specifications, and project documentation to determine scope and cost requirements
  • Conduct quantity take-offs and prepare Bills of Quantities (BOQs)
  • Source and evaluate subcontractor and supplier quotations
  • Monitor project costs and assist with cost control throughout the project lifecycle
  • Prepare variations, valuations, and final accounts

Desired Candidate Profile

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years UAE-based experience in interior fit-out estimating or quantity surveying
  • Strong knowledge of fit-out materials, methods, and market rates in the UAE
  • Proven experience in tendering and cost management for fit-out projects
  • Ability to interpret drawings and technical specifications
  • Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and standard estimating software
