Roles & Responsibilities

We want to strengthen our team in Sousse and recruit Quality Analyst:

Main responsibilities:

Structuring & capitalization of know-how

  • Mapping processes and risks (macro-processes, flows, interfaces).
  • Co-writing with the trades the best practices to be put under GED and keeping the versions up to date (documentary control).

Control and monitoring of the application of good practices

  • Deploying an audit and control program: self-assessments, cross-checks, manager checks, audits
  • Analyze deviations/non-conformities, manage corrective & preventive actions

Continuous improvement & collective animation

  • Lead multidisciplinary working groups to resolve irritants and secure key steps.
  • Train/coach quality relays and proximity managers (quality culture and commitment)
  • Contribute to the content of internal training (onboarding, recycling) and communication (quality flash, feedback).

Tools & data

  • Administer the quality GED (approval workflows, distribution, archiving),
  • Deploy dashboards & activity reports for Management and sites

Governance & compliance

  • Ensure the updating and respect of the governance framework (periodic review of risks, audit plan, good practices committee).

Desired Candidate Profile

Profile :

v Bac+3/+5 Quality / Industrial Engineering / Methods, 3-7 years experience in operational QMS multi-site (industry, logistics, services).

v Mastery of quality methods (internal audits, 5M, Ishikawa, 5 Why, AMDEC, PDCA), documentary mastery and GED.

v Relational ease, group facilitation, pedagogy, rigor and autonomy; force of proposal.

v Professional English (international environment)

v Structuring of repositories and capture of business knowledge.

v Audits & cross-checks oriented operational.

v Management of action plans and measurement of effectiveness.

v Change management: training, communication, field support.
