Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance policies, procedures, and standards across projects and functions.

  • Promote a strong quality culture through leadership, coaching, and empowerment at all organizational levels.

  • Plan and oversee internal and external audits, ensuring compliance and driving corrective and preventive actions.

  • Collaborate with engineering, procurement, and construction teams to embed quality in every project phase.

  • Oversee supplier and subcontractor prequalification, material inspections, and compliance with specifications.

  • Manage customer feedback, complaints, and satisfaction surveys, driving continuous improvement initiatives.

  • Maintain ISO 9001, ISO 45001, and ISO 14001 certifications and ensure full compliance with applicable standards.

  • Lead quality training programs and ensure staff competency in quality systems and procedures.

Desired Candidate Profile

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor s or Master s degree in Engineering.

  • 10 12 years of total experience, including 3 5 years in a managerial role.

  • Certified Lead Auditor for ISO 9001:2015, ISO 45001:2018, and ISO 14001:2015.

  • Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

  • Proficiency in audit tools, data analysis, and quality reporting systems.

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
