Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement validation protocols for armored vehicles and conduct electrical systems testing.
  • Lead QMS documentation, SOPs, and implementation in alignment with ISO 9001:2015 standards.
  • Conduct internal audits, document findings, and ensure corrective actions are implemented.
  • Ensure armored vehicles meet ISO and defense industry quality standards.
  • Coordinate with design, production, and testing teams to resolve quality issues.
  • Prepare reports on quality performance, compliance, and audit results.
  • Support training on QA standards and ISO compliance for team members.
  • Assist with external audits and certification processes.

Desired Candidate Profile

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
  • Certified QMS Lead Auditor (ISO 9001:2015).
  • Minimum 1 - 3 years of experience in quality assurance or product validation, preferably in defense or armored vehicle manufacturing.
  • Strong understanding of ISO standards, QMS processes, and defense-specific validation protocols.
  • Attention to detail, analytical skills, and ability to collaborate across teams.
