Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
We are looking for Quality Assurance Officer (Automobile or Mechanical Engineering background) in Dubai, UAE.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement quality assurance policies and procedures
- Conduct internal audits and inspections to ensure adherence to operational standards
- Monitor service quality and customer feedback, and recommend improvements
- Investigate and document service failures or customer complaints
- Train staff on QA standards and compliance requirements
- Ensure alignment with RTA and other regulatory requirements
- Prepare QA reports for management and support continuous improvement initiatives
Desired Candidate Profile
- Experience: Min 2 years in quality assurance, preferably in transport/automotive sectors
- Language Known - English , Hindi , Arabic (Added Advantage)
