Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Establish and implement quality assurance plans, procedures, and inspection/testing methodologies

Ensure compliance with project specifications, codes, standards, and regulatory requirements

Oversee quality inspections and tests on materials, equipment, and processes throughout the project

lifecycle. Maintain up-to-date QA/QC documentation, reports, and records in accordance with ISO, project, and

client requirements

Ensure traceability and proper documentation of all quality-related activities

Identify and investigate quality issues and non-conformances.

Lead root cause analysis and recommend corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).

Work closely with project teams, contractors, and clients to ensure quality requirements are

understood and met. Provide guidance, training, and technical support on quality standards and procedures

Conduct internal and external quality audits

Recommend and implement continuous improvement measures to enhance product reliability, reduce

rework, and optimize processes

Ensure FSS Quality Objectives are being carried out in all domestic installation projects.

Responsible of managing quality inspections for both domestic installation projects and operations.

Responsible of reviewing quality inspection reports that reflects the full measurement of compliance of all domestic installation projects to Quality Objectives.

Responsible of generating process re-engineering or improvements that will aid project/technical team to understand and adopt 150 9001, 14001, 22301 & 45001 requirements

Desired Candidate Profile

Minimum of 8 years' experience in Project Management

At least 5 years' experience in Quality Management Systems

Strong background in Quality and Process Improvement

Proven experience in implementing and maintaining quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001, 150 14001, ISO 45001).

Hands-on involvement in developing Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs), Method Statements, and Quality Control Procedures.

Practical knowledge in corrective and preventive action (CAPA) processes.

Qualifications:

Any Engineering Degree (w/ equivalency)

150 9001:2015 Lead Audit Trained is a must

Certified Project Management Professional

With strong document management experience

Can communicate very well in English both in writing and speaking. Well verse in Arabic is a plus.

Advance skills in MS Applications.

Strong Experience in TQM Audit and Project Audit

Understand technical terminologies..
