Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Develop and implement quality control procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Conduct thorough inspections and testing of products at various stages of the production process to identify defects.
- Analyze quality control data and metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement, presenting findings to management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address quality issues and implement corrective actions promptly.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Assurance, or a related field is essential.
- A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in quality control within a manufacturing or engineering environment.
- Certifications such as Six Sigma, ASQ Quality Engineer, or ISO 9001 Lead Auditor are highly preferred.
- Experience in industries such as aerospace, automotive, or pharmaceuticals will be an advantage.
