Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough inspections of incoming materials, in-process products, and finished goods to ensure compliance with quality standards.
  • Utilize precise measurement instruments and testing equipment to accurately assess product specifications and performance.
  • Document inspection results meticulously and generate detailed reports to provide insights into quality trends and areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate closely with production teams to identify root causes of defects and suggest corrective actions to prevent recurrence.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Minimum education requirement of a high school diploma; a degree in engineering or a related field is preferred.
  • Relevant certifications such as Six Sigma, ISO 9001, or Quality Control Inspector certification are highly regarded.
  • At least 3 years of experience in quality control within manufacturing, construction, or related industries.
  • Proficiency in tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges, as well as knowledge of inspection software.
