Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

We are looking for a Quality and Compliance Officer to oversee our fleet operations. The role ensures that vehicles and chauffeurs meet company standards, client requirements, and all legal/safety regulations. You will be responsible for vehicle inspections, maintenance schedules, vendor management, chauffeur evaluations, fuel monitoring, and incident reporting.

  • Conduct daily vehicle inspections (cleanliness, safety, and readiness).
  • Ensure chauffeurs meet grooming, uniform, and driving behavior standards.
  • Monitor maintenance schedules, vendor performance, and compliance certifications.
  • Investigate and report accidents, breakdowns, and incidents within 24 hours.
  • Track fuel efficiency, vehicle utilization, and prepare regular reports.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Previous experience in fleet operations, quality control, or compliance.
  • Strong knowledge of vehicle maintenance and safety regulations.
  • Good communication and reporting skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and fleet management tools is an advantage
