Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough inspections of products and materials at various stages of production to ensure adherence to quality standards.
  • Develop and implement quality control processes and procedures tailored to specific projects and products.
  • Analyze quality data and trends to identify areas for improvement and recommend corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with production teams to address quality issues in real-time and facilitate continuous improvement.
  • Prepare detailed reports on quality findings, including non-conformance issues and potential solutions.
  • Train and mentor staff on quality standards and best practices to foster a culture of quality assurance.
  • Utilize statistical methods and software tools to monitor and enhance quality performance metrics.
  • Coordinate with suppliers to ensure that incoming materials meet company quality specifications.
  • Conduct audits and assessments to verify compliance with industry regulations and company policies.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Quality Management, Engineering, or a related field is preferred for a strong academic foundation.
  • A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in quality control within a manufacturing or relevant industry demonstrates practical expertise.
  • Certifications such as Six Sigma, ISO 9001, or Quality Auditor add significant value to your profile and credibility.
  • Experience with quality management software and tools like Minitab or SPC software enhances analytical capabilities.
