Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct vehicle inspections and road tests to ensure quality standards are met.
- Follow QA procedures and maintain high "Fix it Right the First Time" ratios.
- Support Service Advisors, Technicians, and customers with technical guidance.
- Record and maintain accurate data in job cards/repair orders.
- Monitor and report safety issues, ensuring health & safety compliance.
- Assist with equipment calibration and maintain a clean, organized workspace.
- Prepare daily QA performance records and support internal audits when required.
Desired Candidate Profile
Qualifications
3 5 years experience as Quality Controller/Technician in automotive service.
Strong knowledge of vehicle servicing, inspections, and QA processes.
Technical diploma/certification in Automotive Engineering or related field.
Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Good communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage).
