Job Description: Quality Controller

Job Purpose:

To ensure that all maintenance and facility management services delivered under AMC contracts meet the required quality standards, client expectations, and company policies. The Quality Control Engineer will monitor performance across sites, carry out inspections, and coordinate corrective and preventive actions to maintain consistent service quality and compliance with contractual obligations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct regular inspections and audits of all assigned sites to ensure compliance with company standards, HSE policies, and client required quality level.
• Evaluate the quality of technical (MEP, civil, cleaning etc, where applicable) under AMC scope.
• Prepare and maintain site quality reports.
• Review PPM schedules, checklists, and documentation to confirm completion and adherence to service level agreements (SLA).
• Monitor subcontractors performance with each engineer to ensure materials and workmanship meet specified standards.
• Support Operations and Supervisors in implementing improvement plans and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Conduct root cause analysis for recurring defects or complaints and recommend preventive measures.
• Ensure proper documentation and filing of quality inspection records, reports, and calibration certificates for each property.
• Liaise with clients during audits or external/internal audits, inspections, and technical meetings, ensuring transparency and proactive communication.
• Provide training and guidance to site teams on quality awareness and best maintenance practices.
