• Coordinate activities related to Quality certifications and Accreditations and assist Line Manager to achieve the departmental goal/objective.
• Interpret and implement Quality assurance standards in hospital to ensure Quality care
• Coordinate training programs to implement Quality Management Systems and Technical Management System in compliance with Quality certification and Accreditation
• Review Quality assurance standards; study existing hospital policies and procedures, and interview hospital personnel and patients to evaluate effectiveness of quality assurance program.
• Coordinate and implement Hospital Continuous Quality Improvement programs.
• Responsible to collect data from various department, check for accuracy of data collected and carries out required analysis and generates report.
• Assist the Line Manager in documentation, implementation, monitoring and all activities related to Quality certifications and Accreditations.
• Assist in report preparation and to conduct Internal Audit, Survey, Quality checks, Training programs including Hospital quality improvement program.
• Maintain all documents, files and reports related to Quality Assurance department.
• Ensure compliance of Quality System Procedure on Control of Records
• Carryout record keeping audit and follow up on corrective action for improvement.
• Prepare necessary inter office communications and minutes of meeting as and when required.
• Carryout hospital facility rounds and also departmental audits to check with the compliance to quality standards. Prepares the gap list and follow up for corrective measures.
• Monitor medical documentation compliance by all concerned in coordination with the department.
• Provide suggestions to amend hospital records, forms etc. based on the requirements.
• Monitor compliance of Policies & Procedures on documentation structure, Quality System Procedure on Control of Documents.
• Collect Feedback report including verbal reports to Identify strength & weakness and recommend suggestions for process improvement.
• Create, implement, collect data and prepare monthly report on Quality Indicators.
• Coordinate activities related to various Committee meetings and ensure its adherence to schedules.
• Coordinate Continuous Quality Improvement activities, prepare and update required manuals and procedures as per the latest amendments in the quality standards.
Secondary Responsibilities
• Maintain professional conduct with internal and external customers for a robust working environment.
• Ensures adequate focus on personal professional growth relevant to taking on more challenging assignments.
• Attends training for self-development.
• Participates in the performance evaluation system.
• Perform other duties as and when assigned based on the requirement.
