Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
Incoming Inspection of parts and components as per Rosemount parts Inspection plan and customer approved drawing
Initiation of Material review
Execute processes to quarantine, review, and disposition nonconforming material
Actively participating in Analyzing Root cause of the issue with the supplier
Verify Intraco component part quality once floor returned and report on in bound quality
External supplier part scrap Analysis to understand parts & process failure
Support SPE on inspection for Direct sourcing process
Actively participate in process improvement team
Perform inhouse calibration verification of instruments using Master instrument
Perform preventive maintenance of all Inspection tools
Performing Project inspection at Hub and at supplier site as per inspection plan
Supporting CC team to close customer comments on inspection
Actively participating in revising quality related procedures
Updating E-metrology and equipment calibration process
Selection of equipment calibration service provider and calibration requirements
Managing product hold & NC
Follow safety guidelines and report unsafe conditions to supervision
Desired Candidate Profile
For this Role, You Will Need:
Technical Diploma or General Equivalency Degree
2 to 3 years of functional experience
Proficient in reading and interpreting Drawings
Experience with Root Cause Analysis tools
Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:
Knowledgeable in ASTM/ASME standards
ISO 9001 knowledge
Experience in performing mechanical and Electrical parts inspection
Knowledge on Rosemount products
