Position Overview
Holiday Inn Dubai Al Barsha, part of IHG Hotels & Resorts, is seeking a Quality Manager to lead brand compliance, service improvement, and guest satisfaction initiatives. The role involves monitoring quality standards across all departments, driving continuous improvement, and coaching teams to deliver the signature Holiday Inn hospitality experience.

Key Responsibilities

* Monitor compliance with IHG brand standards and operational procedures.
* Conduct internal audits, evaluations, and implement corrective action plans.
* Analyze guest feedback and drive initiatives to improve service delivery and satisfaction.
* Provide training and coaching to team members to maintain service excellence.
* Collaborate with leadership teams to align service culture with brand values.
* Ensure consistent operational performance across all departments.
* Promote a culture of continuous improvement and guest-focused hospitality.

Ideal Profile

* 3 5 years experience in quality, brand compliance, or guest experience management within hospitality.
* Previous IHG brand experience preferred.
* Currently based in the UAE with knowledge of local compliance standards.
* Strong communication, coaching, and leadership skills.
* Passion for continuous improvement and delivering memorable guest experiences.
