Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Role & responsibilities
• To ensure that products, services, and processes meet established quality standards and regulatory requirements.
• Extensive experience in quality management, preferably in the sheet metal fabrication industry, with a track record of driving quality improvement initiatives and achieving results.
• In-depth knowledge of quality management principles, methodologies, and tools, including ISO 9001,etc.
• Experience with Attex/IECEx standards and compliance requirements.
• Develop, implement, and maintain a comprehensive Quality Management System (QMS) aligned with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and customer expectations. Define quality policies, procedures, and guidelines to ensure consistency and compliance across all functional areas.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing product quality, process efficiency, and operational effectiveness. Utilize quality tools and methodologies such as Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, and Total Quality Management (TQM) to identify opportunities for improvement and implement sustainable solutions.
• To approve all records, reports, and technical documentation related to certification activities.
