Roles & Responsibilities

The Hospital Quality Officer will lead the development and implementation of quality improvement initiatives within the hospital. This role requires overseeing compliance with healthcare standards, monitoring performance metrics, and driving efforts to enhance patient care and safety.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Nursing, or related field; Master’s preferred
  • Minimum of 3+ years experience in a healthcare quality role
  • Must have attended JCI Accreditation
  • Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance
  • Proven track record in quality improvement and patient safety initiatives
  • Work Location- Ajman
