Inspect and verify the quality of raw materials and packaging materials.

• Conduct visual and physical inspections to ensure materials meet quality specifications.
• Verify all documents (for example COA, .) related to imported materials (Raw materials and packaging materials).
• Document and report any discrepancies, non-conformities, or quality issues.
• Follow up returned raw materials.
• Communicate with the warehouse team regarding all imported materials (Raw materials and packaging materials).
• Communicate with the production team to conduct trial for imported materials (Raw materials and packaging materials) in case of need.
• Communicate with the purchasing team in case of any deviations, non-conformities related to imported materials (Raw materials and packaging materials).
• Conduct interval training for all warehouse staff.
• Enter inspection results, findings, and related data into quality management systems.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of inspections and audits for traceability.
• Conduct statistical analysis for all data.
• Supplier evaluation analysis.
• Conduct regular and thorough internal audits of warehouse processes and inventory.
• Evaluate compliance with quality standards, policies, and procedures.
• Prepare audit reports, highlighting findings and recommending corrective actions as necessary.
• Ensure that all materials meet safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
• Assist in maintaining ISO or other quality certifications and participate in internal quality audits.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement within the warehouse and inspection procedures.
• Assist in training and mentoring team members on quality standards and inspection techniques.
