Quality Technician / Quality Inspector

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct detailed inspections of finished products to verify compliance with quality standards and specifications.
• Use appropriate inspection tools and equipment to perform accurate measurements and assessments.
• Identify, document, and segregate defective parts, inconsistencies, or deviations from required standards.
• Perform random inspections during different stages of production to ensure process compliance.
• Measure dimensions and verify specifications of semi-finished parts and components.
• Document inspection results using standardized checklists and prepare comprehensive reports.
• Maintain inspection logs, records of defects, and the disposition of non-conforming products.
• Issue certificates of conformance for products that pass final inspection.
• Conduct sampling inspections of incoming raw materials to ensure supplier compliance.
• Work closely with production teams to address defects in real-time and ensure timely rework or corrective action.
