Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform accurate quantity take-offs from tender drawings and related documents.
  • Review project drawings thoroughly to identify and include any missing items not covered in the client's BOQs.
  • Measure and calculate precise quantities for lump-sum or included items in the BOQ.
  • Verify and assess re-measured and provisional items.
  • Prepare comparison sheets for evaluating supplier and subcontractor quotations.
  • Calculate quantities related to variation orders for ongoing infrastructure projects.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
    • Minimum 6 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor, with a focus on pre-contract estimating for infrastructure/Building projects
    • Experience with estimation and drafting software , including PlanSwift, AutoCAD, and Civil 3D.

      Note: The role is only open for UAE resident who have UAE relevant experience.

Desired Candidate Profile
