Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

We are seeking a qualified Quantity Surveyor to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate must hold a degree in Civil Engineering and have 3–5 years of relevant experience within a Real Estate Developer or Construction company. The role involves managing cost estimation, quantity take-offs, budget preparation, procurement coordination, supplier evaluation, contract negotiation, and ensuring timely delivery of materials in line with project and cost requirements.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
  • 3–5 years of relevant experience as a Quantity Surveyor within a Real Estate Developer or Construction company.
  • Strong knowledge of cost estimation, procurement processes, and construction materials.
  • Excellent negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and QS-related software.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
