Key Responsibilities

* Prepare cost plans during early project stages by conducting feasibility studies and detailed cost analysis
* Collaborate with design teams to align project objectives with financial plans
* Develop procurement strategies and assist in creating project briefs considering all cost implications
* Provide initial cost estimates, conduct value engineering, and identify risk mitigation strategies
* Continuously refine cost plans and evaluate financial impact of design changes
* Prepare detailed Bills of Quantities, ensuring compliance with relevant standards and accuracy
* Support tender document preparation and provide detailed cost data for decision-making

Qualifications & Requirements

* Bachelor s degree in Civil Engineering or Quantity Surveying
* Experience in cost consultancy preferred
* Proficient in MS Office, AutoCAD, Planswift, and BIM
* Strong analytical and financial evaluation skills
* Excellent organizational and communication skills
