Our portfolio spans across Dubai s prime residential and commercial destinations, showcasing our commitment to transparency, customer centricity, quality, integrity and adding value through a construction-driven approach.With some of our exciting launches such as Burj Azizi (the second tallest tower in the world), Monaco Mansions and Azizi Venice - Dubai s new luxurious Venetian-inspired waterfront community, we are rapidly expanding our capabilities in our Design 360 Studio, where our team seamlessly integrate Architecture, Structures, MEP, Landscape, Interiors and Supervision to deliver a variety of innovative and value driven real estate assets.The role is responsible to provide pre-contract quantity surveying duties for infrastructure works.Responsibilities include- Review and interpret tender drawings, specifications, scope of work, and authority guidelines.Prepare detailed Bills of Quantities (BoQ) in accordance with CESMM3 / CESMM4Perform quantity take-offs from IFC or preliminary design drawings for infrastructure works. Prepare high-level & detailed cost estimates and pricing schedules for infrastructure works including material, labor, equipment, and subcontractor components.Liaise with design consultants and engineering teams to clarify quantities and scope.Evaluate supplier and subcontractor quotations, ensuring compliance with tender specifications.Coordinate internally with planning, procurement, and construction departments during the tendering process.Ensure rates are align with current UAE market trends and local authority standards (RTA, DM, ADM, ADDC, DEWA, Etisalat, etc.).Maintain and update unit rate databases, productivity norms, and cost libraries.Assist in the preparation of commercial submissions, pricing breakdowns, and cost summaries for tenders.Support value-engineering proposals and suggest alternatives for cost optimization.Participate in site visits, tender briefings, and technical meetings as required.Prepare technical and commercial queries for clarifications during the bidding process.
