Roles & Responsibilities

URGENT HIRING – Draftsman / Estimator (Interior-Fit Out) Industry: Joinery & Fit-Out | Location: DIP 2.

We at Al Afia Furnishing LLC are looking for a talented Estimator cum Draftsman to join our growing team!

Key Responsibilities:

• Review & understand drawings and specifications

• Quantity take-off for curtains, blinds, loose furniture & joinery items

• Prepare BOQs, costing, pricing & related project documentation

• Work closely with Design, Procurement & Finance for accurate costing

• Assist in tender submissions, contracts & budgeting

• Coordinate with clients and project teams

• Conduct site visits, take measurements & prepare progress updates

• Prepare payment applications

Requirements: • Bachelor’s Degree or relevant qualification

• Proficient in AutoCAD & MS Excel

• 2–3 years of UAE experience in Joinery / Fit-Out

• UAE Driving License is a must

• Strong communication skills in English

• Capable of working under pressure and meeting deadlines
