Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying / Civil Engineering or equivalent

  • Minimum 3–7 years of relevant experience in construction projects

  • Strong knowledge of BOQs, measurement, billing, and cost control

  • Experience in handling variations and final accounts

  • Proficient in MS Excel and measurement tools

  • Good communication and coordination skills

  • GCC experience is preferred

  • Prepare and issue RFQs to suppliers and subcontractors

  • Analyze and compare RFQ responses for cost and technical compliance

  • Coordinate with procurement and project teams during RFQ evaluation

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying / Civil Engineering or equivalent

  • Minimum 2–7 years of relevant experience in construction projects

  • Strong knowledge of BOQs, measurement, billing, and cost control

  • Experience in handling variations and final accounts

  • Proficient in MS Excel and measurement tools (Planswift & AutoCad)

  • Immediate joiners will be an advantage

  • Good communication and coordination skills

  • GCC experience is preferred
