Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

✅ Cost estimation, budget management, and cost control

✅ Cost reporting, payment valuation, and variations

✅ Contract administration

✅ Ensuring compliance with project specifications and financial objectives

Desired Candidate Profile

✔ Proficiency in quantity surveying software (AutoCAD, Microsoft Office – Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Plan swift etc.)

✔ Strong analytical and mathematical skills

✔ Excellent attention to detail & organizational abilities

✔ Effective communication & interpersonal skills

✔ Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying or Civil Engineering

✔ Minimum 10+ years of total experience, with at least 3 years in the UAE
