Experience: Minimum 2 years of UAE experience

Candidate Availability: Must be currently residing in the UAE

Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed quantity take-offs, BOQs, and cost estimates based on architectural and MEP drawings.
• Review project drawings, specifications, and documents to ensure accuracy in quantity measurement.
• Evaluate and certify subcontractor invoices and prepare interim and final payment applications.
• Monitor project costs, budgets, and track variations or change orders.
• Conduct cost analysis, value engineering, and commercial risk assessments.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, procurement, and finance teams for budget planning.
• Assist in tendering processes including price negotiations, supplier evaluations, and procurement comparisons.
• Maintain cost control systems, and prepare periodic reports on project financial performance.
• Provide input for project planning and scheduling from a cost control perspective.
• Ensure compliance with contractual terms and industry standards.
