Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

- Estimate and Review costs for Electrical, Instrument, HVAC, Firefighting, Piping, etc.,

- Keep track of project budgets and make sure to stay on track

- Buy materials and work with suppliers to get the best deals

- Check Subcontractor's monthly payment request and evaluate the quantities

- Work with engineers, subcontractors, and clients to solve problems

- Manage commercial things, i.e. bank guarantees, payment invoice, deduction costs, etc.,

Desired Candidate Profile

- A degree in Quantity Surveying, Electrical/ Mechanical Engineering, or something similar

- Experience in managing costs for electrical and mechanical work

- Good at reading drawings and understanding technical details

- Excellent at numbers, negotiating prices, and working in a team

- Benefit if you have experiences in Korean Construction Companies
