Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Job Purpose: Manage cost estimation, budgeting, and financial control for villa and warehouse construction projects to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
Key Responsibilities: Prepare cost estimates and project budgets. Prepare BOQs and tender documents. Review and manage contracts, variations, and claims. Monitor costs and prepare financial reports. Certify subcontractor payments and conduct site measurements. Requirements: Degree in Quantity Surveying or Civil Engineering. 5+ years experience in building construction (villas and warehouses preferred). Knowledge of FIDIC and UAE construction regulations. Strong skills in MS Excel and QS software.
