Roles & Responsibilities

We have Job openings in one of the leading contruction industry in dubai location.


The Quantity Surveyor is responsible for managing all aspects of cost planning, estimation, and financial control of construction projects. The role ensures projects are completed within budget, on time, and in compliance with contractual and quality standards.



Key Responsibilities:


  • Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and bills of quantities
  • Analyze drawings, specifications, and project requirements
  • Monitor project costs and control expenditures
  • Prepare and evaluate tenders, contracts, and variations
  • Certify interim and final payments to contractors and suppliers
  • Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and contractors
  • Track project progress and prepare cost reports
  • Ensure compliance with contractual terms and conditions
  • Handle claims, variations, and final account settlements


Qualification:


  • Bachelors Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering / Quantity Surveying

Experience:


  • Minimum 1- 5 years of relevant experience in construction projects
  • Experience in buildings / infrastructure projects preferred

Skills Required:


  • Strong knowledge of construction methods and materials
  • Proficiency in cost estimation and budgeting
  • Familiarity with contracts and tendering procedures
  • Good analytical and negotiation skills
  • Proficient in MS Excel and quantity surveying software
  • Strong communication and coordination skills
