Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Prepare detailed cost estimates based on project plans and specifications, using advanced software tools to ensure accuracy.
  • Conduct risk analysis and cost-benefit assessments to identify potential issues and recommend solutions in a timely manner.
  • Manage and analyze contracts, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and industry standards to protect client interests.
  • Monitor project expenditures and track progress against budget forecasts, providing regular reports to stakeholders.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Quantity Surveying or a related field, ensuring a solid foundation in core principles.

  • Professional certification such as MRICS or equivalent, demonstrating commitment to industry standards and ethics.

  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience in construction or engineering projects, showcasing practical expertise.

  • Experience in both public and private sector projects, enhancing versatility and understanding of diverse client needs.
