Roles & Responsibilities


  • Helping to estimate costs, quantities, and project timelines and providing this information to clients and preparing survey reports.
  • Liaising with a variety of other teams and helping to keep a project on track.
  • Advising on the potential of a site and working out what a client can afford to build, often termed 'feasibility'.
  • Presenting detailed information on the cost of particular elements of work on a periodic basis to enable payment for those works carried out to date.
  • Estimates and monitors the costs of construction and maintenance infrastructure They are usually involved from the feasibility stage through to completion of a construction project.
  • Must have5-8 years experience in construction.
  • ensure projects meet legal and quality standards.
  • Liaising with a variety of other teams and helping to keep a project on track.
