Roles & Responsibilities
Job Overview
LITCO Industries is seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to support project costing, estimation, and coordination activities across construction and steel fabrication projects. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, hands-on experience in estimating, and the ability to work effectively with project teams and contractors.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare Bills of Quantities (BOQ) and detailed cost estimates
Perform quantity take-offs from drawings and specifications
Coordinate with internal teams, suppliers, and contractors
Review and validate supplier quotations, material prices, and payment applications
Assist in tender preparation and cost analysis
Support project control activities to ensure cost accuracy and compliance
Requirements
Bachelor s degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field
Minimum 3 years of experience in construction or steel fabrication
Proficient in estimation software and MS Office
Strong analytical, communication, and documentation skills
Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines
