Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Conduct detailed cost analysis for MEP systems, ensuring all elements are accounted for to maintain budget accuracy.
  • Prepare and submit tenders, ensuring compliance with project specifications and requirements to secure contracts.
  • Monitor project expenditures and cash flow, providing regular reports to stakeholders to highlight financial status and variances.
  • Collaborate with design teams to assess the cost implications of design changes, ensuring optimal financial decisions are made.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Engineering, or a related field is essential for foundational knowledge.
  • Professional certification such as MRICS or equivalent is preferred to demonstrate recognized expertise.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in MEP Quantity Surveying, showcasing a track record of successful project management.
  • Experience in the construction industry, specifically within MEP projects, is crucial for relevant insights.
