Generate complete Bill of Quantities and Bill of Materials.
Prepare project cost, establishing unit cost of the items/works.
Prepare tender document, floating tenders, tender appraisals and prepare comparison sheet.
Persuade negotiations, prepare contract document, amendments, job order and related document.
Prepare Logic notes suppliers/ contractors price v/s project cost and process through internal approvals prior to execution.
Prepare a work program/project schedule and review time to time.
One year experience in the same field.
Proficient in MS Office.
Fluent in English.
