Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  1. Prepare and verify quantity take-offs and BOQs as per approved drawings and specifications.

  2. Monitor and control project costs and budgets.

  3. Measure work progress and certify monthly subcontractor invoices.

  4. Evaluate and prepare variations, claims, and final accounts.

  5. Coordinate with engineering, construction, and planning teams for accurate quantity tracking.

  6. Support cost forecasting, reporting, and commercial documentation.

  7. Ensure compliance with project requirements, contract conditions, and ADNOC standards.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • E&I Quantity Surveyor: Electrical & Instrumentation works, cables, panels, instruments, and related systems.

  • Mechanical Quantity Surveyor: Piping, static & rotating equipment, mechanical systems.

  • Civil Quantity Surveyor: Earthworks, concrete, foundations, and structural works.

  • Degree or Diploma in Electrical / Instrumentation / Mechanical / Civil Engineering (relevant to discipline).

  • Prior experience in Oil & Gas / ADNOC Onshore projects is highly preferred.

  • GCC experience mandatory.
