Roles & Responsibilities

  • Prepare accurate and competitive quotations by analyzing RFQs, understanding client requirements, and collaborating with internal teams.
  • Manage and track quotation requests efficiently, ensuring timely responses and follow-ups to maximize conversion rates.
  • Maintain a comprehensive database of quotations, pricing, and client interactions for easy access and analysis.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and building strong relationships with clients.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Possesses a Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field.

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service or quotation-related role within the [Industry] industry.
