R&D Junior Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct performance, durability, and safety tests on washing machine components and systems (local and foreign suppliers).
• Operate lab testing and instruments (e.g., vibration stands, water flow meters, electrical load simulators, temperature/humidity chambers).
• Ensure that all tests comply with relevant international standards (e.g., IEC, ISO, company internal specifications).
• Analyze and validate washing machine components to ensure performance, durability, and compliance with internal and international standards.
• Execute and manage all testing and certification requirements for new products and localization projects (safety, performance, energy efficiency, reliability tests, etc.).

• Requirements:
• Bachelor s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or related field (Mechanical Engineering is also acceptable).
• 0-3 years of relevant experience in product testing, appliance manufacturing, or R&D labs (fresh graduates are welcome).
• Basic knowledge of mechanical and electrical components used in washing machines or household appliances.
• Familiarity with measurement instruments (multimeters, torque meters, flow sensors, etc.).
• Understanding of testing methodologies and quality standards (IEC/ISO preferred).
• Ability to use MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) for data analysis and reporting.
• Basic knowledge of CAD or LabView and technical standards.
• Familiarity with Adobe Illustrator is a plus.
