Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities


  • Develop and optimize paint formulations (water-based and/or solvent-based).
  • Conduct lab testing, product trials, and quality checks.
  • Research new raw materials, technologies, and market trends.
  • Collaborate with production and quality teams to improve product performance.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations.
  • Resolve technical issues related to formulations and production processes.

Desired Candidate Profile


  • Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related field.
  • 5–6 years of proven experience in paint or coatings manufacturing.
  • Strong understanding of pigments, additives, resins, and raw materials.
  • Knowledge of lab testing methods and equipment.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
