Roles & Responsibilities

The RAN Site Team Leader leads on-site rollout activities, managing installation, commissioning, and quality assurance for RAN sites. He ensures all work complies with the Vendor s technical and safety standards, coordinating field execution with the project management and integration teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise site installation, commissioning, and verification activities.
  • Ensure all antennas, feeders, RRUs, and cabinets are installed per Nokia standards.
  • Perform Site Acceptance Tests (SAT) and documentation.
  • Coordinate with the electrical technician and riggers to ensure timely completion.
  • Conduct site audits and safety inspections.
  • Maintain site reports, material logs, and as-built documentation.
  • Report site progress and issues to the Project Manager.
  • Enforce HSE and quality control policies at site level.

Desired Candidate Profile

Requirements:

  • Bachelor s or Master s degree in Telecommunications, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
  • Minimum 5 years of hands-on RAN site installation and commissioning experience
  • Supervision of site installation, commissioning, and verification activities
