Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

The RAN Telecom Rigger / Technician is responsible for the installation and maintenance of all radio and antenna equipment at site level, ensuring quality, safety, and compliance with Vendor installation procedures and RF standards.

Responsibilities:

  • Install, align, and secure antennas, RRUs, feeders, and jumpers.
  • Perform cabling, labeling, grounding, and weatherproofing.
  • Conduct VSWR and DTF measurements and support site integration.
  • Execute tower and rooftop works under full safety compliance.
  • Handle site material preparation and tool management.
  • Assist with commissioning readiness and technical reporting.
  • Follow all HSE and PPE procedures during site work.

Desired Candidate Profile

Requirements:
Bachelor or Master's degree in Telecommunications, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
2 5 years of experience in telecom site installation and rigging
Proficient with RF and antenna systems for Nokia, Huawei, or Ericsson
Certified in Working at Heights and Rigging Safety (mandatory)
Familiarity with RF measurement tools (Anritsu, Keysight)
