Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Assist in the design, development, and implementation of RBAC models across enterprise applications.

  • Analyze business requirements and translate them into access roles and entitlements.

  • Support user access reviews, role mining, and role lifecycle management.

  • Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to define role structures and segregation of duties (SoD).

  • Participate in IAM tool implementation and configuration (e.g., SailPoint, Oracle IAM, SAP GRC, Azure AD).

  • Conduct access certification campaigns and remediate access-related issues.

  • Maintain documentation related to roles, policies, and procedures.

  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory standards.

Support audits by providing required access control documentation and evidence

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

  • 1–4 years of experience in IAM / RBAC / Access Management.

  • Understanding of RBAC concepts, identity lifecycle, and access governance.

  • Familiarity with IAM tools (e.g., SailPoint, Okta, Microsoft Entra ID, Oracle IAM, SAP Security).

  • Basic knowledge of Segregation of Duties (SoD) principles.

  • Experience with Excel, reporting, and data analysis for access reviews.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Good communication and stakeholder management abilities

  • Experience in role mining and role engineering projects.

  • Exposure to cloud IAM (AWS, Azure, GCP).

  • Knowledge of scripting (Python, PowerShell, SQL) is a plus.

  • Relevant certifications (e.g., IAM, Security+, or vendor-specific certifications).
