- Cultivate and manage relationships with prospective clients, understanding their needs and financial capabilities to offer tailored solutions.
- Conduct thorough market research to stay informed on competitor projects, pricing trends, and investment opportunities.
- Effectively manage a portfolio of leads, ensuring timely follow-up and nurturing relationships to convert prospects into buyers.
