We’re Hiring Experienced Real Estate Agents – Abu Dhabi
Silver Stallion Real Estate is a Dubai Based Real Estate Brokerage, and we are looking for experienced Real Estate Agents who are currently based in Abu Dhabi and have hands-on experience in the Abu Dhabi real estate market.
Roles and Responsibilities
Guide clients through the buying and selling process, offering expert advice on negotiations, contracts, and closing procedures.
Organize and host open houses and property tours, effectively showcasing properties to engage prospective buyers and facilitate sales.
Utilize digital marketing strategies, including social media and email campaigns, to enhance property visibility and reach a broader audience.
Continuously seek professional development opportunities to stay ahead of industry trends and improve service delivery.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing personalized service that addresses their unique needs and preferences.
Desired Candidate Profile
* Minimum 1 year of proven experience in the Abu Dhabi real estate market * Currently residing in Abu Dhabi * Fluent in English, Arabic is an advantage * Valid UAE driving license is required * Strong knowledge of leasing and/or sales * Self-motivated and target-driven * Strong sales and negotiation skills with a proven track record of closing deals. * Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. * Presentable with a professional image. * Collaborate with the marketing and admin team to promote listings effectively. * Prospect, Source and develop new leads for property sales. * Rera Certificated is an advantage.
