Roles & Responsibilities
This is a role for a Real Estate Agent based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The Real Estate Agent will represent clients in property sales, leases, and purchases while maintaining a high level of customer service and professionalism. Daily responsibilities include generating leads, conducting property viewings, preparing property market analysis, and assisting clients through all phases of the real estate transaction process. The role also involves maintaining up-to-date knowledge of the Dubai property market and adhering to local regulations and legal requirements.
Desired Candidate Profile
Strong background in Real Estate and Real Property knowledge is necessary. Excellent Sales skills and ability to negotiate effectively in property transactions are essential. Exceptional Customer Service skills to build and maintain successful client relationships. Fluency in English is required; additional languages are a plus. Familiarity with Dubai's real estate market and RERA regulations is an advantage. Proficiency in communication, interpersonal skills, and a professional appearance. Ability to work independently and meet sales targets effectively.
