Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Generate leads through calls, networking, and marketing channels

  • Manage client inquiries and provide accurate property information

  • Conduct property tours and viewings

  • Negotiate and close deals between buyers, sellers, and tenants

  • Maintain and update listings on property portals

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships

  • Stay updated with Dubai real estate market trends and regulations

  • Coordinate with landlords, developers, and clients regarding documents and agreements

  • Attend training, meetings, and company activities as required

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Proven experience as a Real Estate Agent (preferred but not mandatory)

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills

  • Strong sales and customer-service mindset

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Familiarity with Dubai real estate market and processes

  • UAE driving license (preferred)

  • Presentable, professional, and confident

  • Ability to handle multiple clients and tasks at once

  • Proficiency in using CRM systems and property portals (Bayut, Dubizzle, Property Finder) is an advantage

  • Must be currently based in UAE
