Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive market research to identify emerging trends and investment opportunities, ensuring clients make informed decisions.
  • Develop and maintain a robust network of industry contacts, including mortgage lenders, inspectors, and contractors, to provide clients with a full suite of services.
  • Guide clients through the buying, selling, or leasing process, offering expert advice on pricing strategies, property value, and negotiation tactics.
  • Create compelling property listings, utilizing professional photography and staging techniques to highlight the best features and attract potential buyers.

Desired Candidate Profile

  1. Proven experience in real estate sales (UAE experience preferred but not mandatory).

  2. Strong knowledge of Dubai real estate market, locations, and current trends.

  3. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

  4. Valid UAE driving license and access to a car (preferred).

  5. Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.

  6. Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently and as part of a team. Presentable and professional appearance.
