Job Description

As an Off-Plan Specialist at Unwind Properties, your primary focus will be on selling off-plan projects in Dubai. You will be at the forefront of the real estate industry, specializing in these projects. Your objective will be to identify, promote, and facilitate off-plan property transactions, leveraging your expertise to provide clients with lucrative investment opportunities. This role offers an exceptional commission structure, with the potential to earn up to 

Key Responsibilities
  1. Client Acquisition: Proactively engage potential clients and investors to understand their real estate needs and financial goals.
  2. Market Research: Stay current with the latest off-plan property developments and market trends in Dubai to provide valuable insights and recommendations to clients.
  3. Property Presentations: Create compelling presentations and pitches to showcase off-plan projects, highlighting their investment potential and unique features.
  4. Client Consultation: Offer expert guidance to clients, helping them make informed decisions by providing in-depth market analysis and property comparisons.
  5. Transaction Management: Oversee the end-to-end process of off-plan property transactions, from initial contact to contract signing and beyond.
  6. Networking: Build and maintain strong relationships with property developers, real estate professionals, and industry stakeholders in Dubai to stay informed about new projects and opportunities.
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in off-plan real estate sales in Dubai, with a track record of successfully closed deals, particularly in off-plan projects.
  • Strong knowledge of the local Dubai real estate market, especially in off-plan developments.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
  • Results-oriented mindset and self-motivated.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Proficiency in real estate software and tools.
  • Licensed Real Estate Broker (RERA) is a must.
