Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth market analysis to identify trends, pricing strategies, and investment opportunities that drive client decisions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and offering tailored real estate solutions.
- Guide clients through the entire buying, selling, or leasing process, ensuring all legal and regulatory requirements are met.
- Prepare comprehensive property listings and marketing materials that highlight unique features and attract potential buyers.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business, or a related field is required; advanced degrees are a plus.
At least 1-3 years of proven experience in real estate consulting or a similar role to demonstrate industry knowledge.
Real Estate License or certification is mandatory to ensure adherence to local regulations and standards.
Strong understanding of property valuation, market analysis, and investment strategies to provide clients with informed advice.
