Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze market trends, financial data, and investment risks to identify profitable real estate opportunities
- Develop investment strategies tailored to client portfolios and risk profiles
- Build and maintain relationships with developers, institutional investors, and high-net-worth individuals
- Conduct due diligence on properties, including valuation, legal review, and feasibility studies
- Prepare investment proposals, financial models, and ROI projections
- Monitor portfolio performance and recommend adjustments to maximize returns
- Stay informed on regulatory changes, tax implications, and emerging market dynamics
Requirements
- Bachelor s degree in Finance, Real Estate, Economics, or related field; CFA or MBA is a plus
- Minimum 3 5 years of experience in real estate investment or asset management
- Strong understanding of Abu Dhabi s property market and investment landscape
- Proficiency in financial modeling, Excel, and investment analysis tools
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills
- Fluent in English; Arabic or other languages are an advantage
- UAE driving license preferred
